Instead of just jumping right into things this year I’ve decided to slow down and re-focus during the month of January. With a very busy Holiday season and being out of town for a week, I haven’t had the time or head-space to really think about my goals for 2014. But, I received Lara Casey’s Powersheets for Christmas (thank you Danielle!), and I’ve been working on them this past week and hope to finish before the weekend. I love them so far! They are hard work, but can’t wait to see how they help clarify my vision for this year.
I have big dreams for sharing more of my art this year. I’m not sure what that looks like yet, but by breaking things down into monthly goals, I know I’ll be moving in the right direction, instead of being overwhelmed with all of the possibilities and unknowns.
I am reevaluating aspects of my photography business as well. What I offer, pricing and products will be changing this year to reflect a clearer mission statement for my brand.
I also have a year-long project I plan to share with you all next week. I’m hoping others will join in with me for some fun!
I get so excited thinking about all the possibilities to create and serve over the next year, and at the same time sometimes I feel overwhelmed by it all. I’m going to focus on taking daily steps towards my goals and I’m looking forward to seeing where this year leads me! Is there something you’re working towards this year? I’d love to hear about it and encourage you along the way!
