A Little Bit of Christmas Cheer

I hope everyone had a wonderful Holiday this year. The lights didn't go out on Christmas day, so ours was a little less adventurous than last year's, but still very nice. My Whole 30 Challenge!

It might seem crazy I know, but after eating only juice for three days, doing the Whole30 challenge felt like I had a ton of options for what I could eat. What is the Whole30 challenge you ask? Juicing and the Whole 30 Challenge

After coming back from our beach vacation this year, I wasn't feeling my best. For the last couple of years hot cross buns have become part of our Easter morning tradition. Cinnamon Banana Bread (with Streusel Topping)

This is one of my first go-to recipes when I started really wanting to cook from scratch in college. I actually usually make these as muffins, but for some reason I felt like a thick slice of banana bread the day I baked these.
